It sure is different but it gets boring easily and fast. But, its pretty cool.

I downloaded this app thinking that my 8 y/o would love it. Never did I think maybe Id enjoy it. I usually enjoy more of the technical, problem solving, and difficult to resolve type things when Im playing on the computer compared to when Im working on it which can be very boring and sometimes mindless. Anyway...I really enjoyed testing the app while waiting for my daughter to get out of school and she seriously loved it. She thought it was so cool and considering she says she wants to learn to play the guitar and drums because shes getting a little bored with piano lessons and playing her keyboard, Im hoping this little app will keep her interested for a little while...at least until I have time to save money and purchase the next thing. And as a result of what Ive learned from researching music apps for Macs...I might be able to save a little money for the time being by purchasing the program that helps teach how to play the keyboard. And if Im lucky maybe Ill find one for the guitar as well!!! Lessons are not cheap and good teachers are hard to find. I played a few instruments when I was younger and have the basic knowledge to help her but dont have any teaching music experience =)~ SO IM THRILLED TO HAVE FOIUND THIS APP. ITS SUPER EASY TO USE AND DEFINITELY A GREAT PLACE TO START! According to the one review I saw it states that "Its different and cool but gets easily boring fast".....I used every word they typed just not in the same order. So obviously for the price, I think its a great app. and have no remorse! I didnt expect to be entertained for hours nor did I expect anymore than what I got. Guess Im one of those the cup is half full people and belive you get what you pay for.......most of the time anyway.

couldnt be easier. Good time killer but i guess it could get boring. Nifty technology. Certainly one of the better little fun apps =]

HIGHLY addictive. Easy to use. Appropriate for all ages. I especially like it because I am NOT musically talented at all, yet with this App I can simply tap my fingers and it sounds like I am playing well intentionally. I recommend this to anyone and everyone!

This is one of the more creative Apps to hit The Mac App Store, and Id easily recommend it at its great price of 99 cents. There is a bug that scares the crap out of you after 20 minutes where your Magic Trackpad stops working alltogether, but just simply go to bluetooth in the menu bar and disconnect your Magic Trackpad, and then reconnect it. Im not sure if this bug also happens on MacBooks, and if it does I have no idea what you should do. Maybe restart. But anyways as long as the developer puts out some modest updates for some more instruments, fixes that bug, than I have to say this app probably has some of the greatest potential for any app currently on The Mac App Store. I mean it is just really fun rocking out to my iTunes Music in the background while using this Application. Which reminds me, add gesture controls for Music Playback so I can quickly change the song I want to rock out to. Keep up the good work Joseph Neuman, I salute you!

It doesnt work! I have a macbook from 07 and it doesnt work on this! I want my money back!

i just bought this game and have already fell in love with it! makes anyone else who dosnt have a mac super jeouls! ;) its really entertaing and just look beautiful in full screen!

one of best app i seen for mac just pls pls pls add a piano screen i love to play piano with my magic track pad in this version just its for fun but if you add a piano interface with botooms when we tuch know what bottom work its a very perfessional pls say please add it thanks i change it to 5 syar thanks i still wait for real piano ghitar interface

this app really isnt that great. the sounds are sharp and kind of annoying, and there arent enough settings. if you could change what sections played what notes, or other things like that it would be much better. its a cool idea, but i thought that the sounds would change as i moved my fingers around the touchpad, but it only makes sound on the touch.

This is really relaxing. I love the harmonies you can create! only other thing Id love to see is something like they had in electroplankton - the one where you moves the circles around to create different harmonies. All in all - great app!

Great stress releiver , it runs very smoothly and the sound and all the notes are top notch.

This is a 5-minute app. After you play around with it for a few minutes, itll be set aside, and probably never ran again. If you could record what you play, add background music, have different graphics for the left/right hands, then perhaps it would be more interesting, but as-is, ZZZzzzzzz.

After purchasing the magic trackpad and finally getting the proper software updates to utilize all the functions, I got that stupid "drum Kit App" when this App store premiered! Low and behold, it was barely interesting because you had to use the keyboard to hit the skins. This App is super sick because it combines audio and visuals with different instruments for an all around trippy experience! Give your Eyes and Ears the pleasure of this app.

Let me start off by saying this is a really fun and surprisingly expressive app. Sometimes I enjoy playing along to or noodling on top of songs in my iTunes library, and this provides a great way to do that. With that in mind, the only suggestion I would make is to give users an option to change the key of the scale being played (it looks like C major is only implemented Doe Ray Me key). I know this app isnt designed to be a musical instrument per se, but adding a Preferences pane or hotkey to cycle through different keys would go a long way in making this app that much more versatile.

Highly recommendable, especially for the price. its a ferakin steal!
