Trackpad Magic App Reviews

First off, i absolutely love this appand would recommend it to any audiophile. Making beats and rhythms pretty much instantly is amazing. But, i do believe that there should be improvements to the app as a whole. I own a custom 16:9 27" iMac and the app, when played full screen, doesnt even fit the whole way. There are 2 inch black bars on the left and right sides of my sceen that really need to be fixed. I think this app should at least be made for all Macs, not just MacBooks screens. In addition, every now and then a particle or two will become stuck and then you have to reset the particles to get them to leave. If these are fixed i will be quite pleased. But the app could still use a few more instuments, maybe an electric guitar, violin, more drums, etc. Also a nice enhancement would be the incorporation of backgrounds, not just a black screen. I think backgrounds should be manipulated as well, like a pool of water that ripples or bubbles when interacted with. I know this a little to much to ask for all at once, but i can really see the promise and potential that this app can be. Keep up the great work Joseph!

This app is amazing! worth 1.99$!

Great app but for some reason when played through headphones there is a noticeable popping noise when some notes are played and some notes randomly become louder. My headphones are fine and i can listen to music on itunes and hear no popping so obvisiously somethings wrong.

This is a completely AWESOME app. There is a bug, though, but it isnt enough to stop me from giving a five-star review. Here is the bug: If you use four or more fingers on your tackpad, small bar may come up displaying the apps you have recently used. But the bug shows itself when you go back to Trackpad Magic. The particles just stay where they are, and the only way to get rid of them is to keep on using Trackpad Magic. The particles will eventually go away. Other than that bug, this app is really magic!

Ive been looking for an app that my 1-year-old can play with without the risk of getting into menus or ads. Its baby proof. Well done!

Worked for 5 minutes, then just stopped. when i click the icon the app opens up, with my mouse UNLOCKED, and says press esc to unlock. i press esc twice, making it unlock (even though it already is unlocked) and lock again. even when locked, it doesnt respond to the trackpad.

The problem seems to be with the menus. It worked for a few minutes, then got stuck. I "unstuck" it somehow by picking one menu item after another, but then it got stuck again when I went to full screen. In full screen, <esc> failed to get it out of full screen and I had to quit the program. When it functions, its pretty neat, so they need to fix these bugs.
